This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Gertjan.com ("Developer") for the use of the To Us mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The App offers a one-time In-App Purchase to unlock the full version. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. The Developer does not process payments directly.
The App and all associated content, including but not limited to designs, graphics, text, icons, and code, are the intellectual property of Gertjan.com and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
All personal data entered into the App (names, dates, relationships) is stored locally on your device. The App does not transmit this data to any external server. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
The Developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or on the website. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
